Brand By Being is a training and facilitation consultancy, which specializes in helping leaders create cultures where innovation, engagement and collaboration make the impossible possible.
As they prepared to launch, the founder struggled to find a designer that could make her vision come to life through her logo.
Linda had beliefs around specific design elements and their ability to appeal to a broad spectrum of leaders. That created misalignment in the design process and a gap between the desired energy for the brand and what was being delivered by her original creative team.

BRAND GUIDELINES THAT SPEAK TO DUAL ENERGIES

The new brand guidelines provided a structure that allowed the existing creative team to work with a clear direction. Linda was able to move forward in her supervision of other creatives with direct expectations. This created more alignment and flow in her overall business launch process.
